I have been a fan of FF for a long time, I would say since the 8 bit console system (Nintendo Famicom). I affection/obsession began with my best friend in a crowded and dark game café (it’s like an Internet café but with console games). Hell, the game was in Kanji but that didn’t stop us.
Today, I have tried to push the series to my significant other countless times and resulted in disappointment. She was hooked up to FF XII for a bit though. I can’t blame her though for trying, but the game was a real fucking “Brokeback Mountain boring for a straight guy” game - the story wise obviously. Oh yeah, I’m going to list top 10 girl games sometimes soon.
